The selection of candidates for the Librarian, Clerk, and Group D Staff positions is determined through a Written Exam and an interview process.

WBSSC Group C & D Recruitment 2025 Exam Structure
For the Group C exam, candidates will face 60 questions across four subjects: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General English, and Arithmetic. In contrast, the Group D exam will include 45 questions from three subjects: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, and Arithmetic. The total duration for both exams is 1 hour (60 minutes).
